General Rules
- No pets. Service animals are permitted.
- No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes within 25 feet of any entrance to the house or sauna.
- Occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the booking. Exceeding the limit may result in immediate removal with no refund.
- Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.
- Events are welcome with prior communication and approval.
- Commercial photography and filming permitted only with prior communication and approval.
- No subletting or assigning the property to others.
- Renter is responsible for any damages to furnishings, household items, or the sauna during their stay.
- Lock all doors and windows when away from the property and upon check-out.
Sauna Rules
- Use of the electric sauna is at your own risk. Follow all posted instructions inside.
- Do not use the sauna if pregnant, or if you have heart conditions, blood pressure issues, or heat sensitivity.
- Do not use the sauna while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Children under 12 are strongly discouraged. Any minors using the sauna must be continuously supervised by an adult.
- Water on the rocks is allowed in small amounts using the provided ladle only. No oils or additives.
- Exit immediately if you feel dizzy or unwell. Call 911 for emergencies.
By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to the full rental agreement, which includes the terms above. The property is rented on a temporary, short-term, transient basis only and may not be used as a permanent residence. The owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation where the conditions of the agreement are not met.
